Tell me your favourite song and I will paint a custom, one-of-a-kind original painting for you to own! I love capturing the essence of a song on canvas, and my goal with this is to make original artwork more affordable in a fun, mystery-box, way.

How it works:

You input one song, the name of the artist and a specific lyric (optional) into the field below.
I will listen to the song, look at the lyrics and create a beautiful original painting that represents my experience of the song.
I will handwrite the lyrics on the back and include a note explaining my thoughts and process.
Your surprise painting arrives in the mail!

What you get:

A trading card sized painting (2.5 x 3.5 inch) on 300gsm textured canvas paper, with lyrics on the back
A certificate of authenticity signed and dated by me
Your selected song, interpreted by me and made into something beautiful
A handwritten note that explains my process, and why I painted what I did

Please note that any songs that are offensive or hateful will not be considered and your order will be refunded. Additionally, any visual directions (i.e please paint a blue fish) will be disregarded and your order may be refunded. Feel free to let me know what the song means to you and I may take that into consideration.

I will not make prints of your painting, but I will post it on my social media channels.

Can I tell you what to paint? I have a specific vision.

No - I have priced these according to 2-3 hours work, which includes design time. If you have a specific idea for a painting, reach out to me via the commissions page and we can arrange a traditional commission.

Will you send me sketches/progress pictures?

No - I will reach out to you if there are any delays or if I can't find your song/need clarification. Your painting will be a surprise!

How long does it take?

I will aim to have your painting in the post within 2 weeks of your order. If there are any issues or delays, I will be sure to let you know.
